Protecting Your Business in a Cloud-based World
Jeff Anderson, IT Director for the City of Naperville, will provide insight into how businesses can stay secure while taking advantage of cost savings provided by flexible cloud-based systems. Just a few years ago, businesses growth meant investing in significant on-premises hardware computing and telephony solutions. Staying competitive in today’s world requires understanding how to take advantage of new technologies and services while ensuring the safety of your data. Jeff’s nearly 30 years of experience in private sector IT has provided many good practices and some hard lessons. In this session, you will learn how to use new technologies and what best practices to follow to ensure safety and compliance.
