Today, your business reputation is defined by what people see online. Digital comments can help build a successful business, or they can stall and damage your business potential. Many of your customers begin their buying journey online. To help you better understand, develop and manage your online reputation, the Better Business Bureau is hosting a panel discussion. This event will include an overview of how to obtain beneficial customer review, plus the experiences of two well-known businesses that have built solid online reputations through customer reviews.
The Chamber's monthly General Membership Luncheon is an opportunity to network with fellow Chamber Members and listen to speakers on topics of interest to the business community. Previous presenters include United States National Security Advisor James L. Jones, motivational expert Steve Beck, former Illinois Governor Jim Edgar, US Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Thomas Donohue, noted futurist Rebecca Ryan, and president of American Enterprise Institute, Arthur Brooks.
