Remaining competitive in today's market place means understanding what attracts and retains a company’s greatest asset - its people.
This experiential workshop will challenge participants’ thinking and perceptions around the generational differences and expectations found in today's work environment. We will examine the life experiences of each generation and the impact they have on the "meaning of work" or the "role of boss". Participants will explore their own personal expectations of employment and management in order to better understand the many different factors that make up employee satisfaction.
This session promises to be thought provoking and personally challenging.
